    What is the difference of iCare Platinum Plus and iCare Membership?

    iCare Platinum Plus is a paid membership. For iCare membership, you need to spend minimum of RM10,000 cash annually at our respective hospitals partners.

    What are the privileges i will obtain from this membership?

    iCare Platinum Plus is a paid membership. For KPJ Cares membership, you need to spend minimum of RM10,000 cash annually at our respective KPJ hospitals.

    Do I need to present my physical iCare Platinum Plus Card upon utilization?

    Yes, you need to present your iCare Platinum Plus membership card upon utilization (Non-transferable).

    Does iCare Platinum Plus membership have an expiry date?

    Yes, one year (12 months)

    What if i joined on August? Does it expire on December?

    It will be based on 12 months validity from the date you joined the membership.

    What should I do if my iCare Platinum Plus gift set is damaged?

    If you found any damages upon receiving the gift set, please take pictures of the damages and send it to info@icare.my.id within 24 hours. We will investigate and proceed for the exchange once we have verified the damage. We are not able to proceed for any exchanges after 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

    iCare Health & Wellness under PT. Aurora Langit Utara (Company No. 199201015575) iCare Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”). By submitting an application for membership to the Programme (“Application”) and becoming a Programme member (“Member” or “Members”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    MEMBERSHIP
    1.  Individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply for membership to the Programme.
    2. The approval of the Application and subsequent grant of membership to the Programme is at the sole and absolute discretion of PT. Aurora Langit Utara.
    iCare
    1. Members are required to sign-up as members which can be used to collect and redeem points when purchasing goods and/or services from merchants participating in the Programme (“Merchants”). The Application must be accompanied by completion of details marked as mandatory fields in the sign-up page on the mobile app. Members shall ensure the details provided are true, accurate, current and complete.
    2. The iCare Loyalty membership is personal to and can only be used by the Member.
    3. Each transaction for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges of a member may only be attributed to their respective membership account. Combining membership accounts for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their benefits and privileges revoked and membership terminated.
    4. Each Member can only hold one (1) type of iCare Loyalty.
     
    iCare LOYALTY POINTS
    1. Any and all iCare Loyalty Points and any other benefits and privileges collected, accumulated and acquired by individual Members (“Comps”) are not transferable to another member and/or the Member’s estate, successors or assignees. Any transfer, sale, purchase, trade, barter or other similar dealings with their Comps is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their Comps forfeited and membership terminated.
    2. PT. Aurora Langit Utara will disclose or explain the calculation methods relating to the points, tier points and accumulation and acquisition of any other Comps to the extent that such calculations are not protected by confidentiality or is a trade secret of PT. Aurora Langit Utara or a third party.
    3. PT. Aurora Langit Utara may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the points, Tier Points and any other Comps from time to time.
    4. PT. Aurora Langit Utara does not warrant that the iCare Loyalty Points and Tier Points system and solution is uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from any defects or error.
    5. iCare Loyalty Points and Tier Points are not exchangeable with cash.
    6. Save and except where it is solely due to PT. Aurora Langit Utara default or misconduct, there will be no refund of iCare Loyalty Points utilized for redemption once such redemption transaction had been completed.
    MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
    1. PT. Aurora Langit Utara will notify Members if their membership has been suspended or terminated by PT. Aurora Langit Utara via SMS and e-mail.
    2. During suspension of the membership, the suspended Members will not be able to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges given to them regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the suspension period to be enjoyed during the suspension period.
    3. Members may terminate the Membership at any time by making a deactivation request via email to the following email address: info@icare.my.id. Upon termination of the membership, the terminated Member shall cease to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges previously given to them on and from the termination date regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the termination date to be enjoyed after the termination date.

    PERSONAL DATA

    1. By submitting the Application for membership to the Programme, applicants and Members acknowledge, agree and consent to processing of their personal information in accordance with the PT. Aurora Langit Utara personal data processing statement available at https://icare.my.id/pdn/.
    2. Members also expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to receiving advertising, marketing, promotional and informational communications from PT. Aurora Langit Utara, its affiliates and business partners.
    INDEMNITY
    1. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon use of the iCare Loyalty Membersip App, Members agree to assume full responsibility and liability for all loss or damage suffered by themselves, PT. Aurora Langit Utara, its affiliates and business partners or any third party as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions and Members further agree that they shall defend, indemnify in full and hold PT. Aurora Langit Utara, its affiliates and business partners harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, as a result of or in connection with Member’s:
      • Use or misuse of the Programme and/or the mobile app.;
      • Violation or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or rights of any third party, whether or not referenced herein; and
      • Use or misuse of the iCare Loyalty Points or your membership, including any fraud or misrepresentation of the information supplied.
    INTERNET DELAYS
    1. The Programme and/or the mobile app may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications including the mobile or electronic device used by the Members being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or not functioning. PT. Aurora Langit Utara shall not be held responsible for any failure of recording any points accumulation, redemption of points or other privileges, and other mobile app usage related failures, damages or losses resulting from such problems.
     
    LIABILITY
    1. To the extent permitted by law: (a) in no event is PT. Aurora Langit Utara liable to the Members and/or any third parties for any loss or injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs) (“Claim”) which may be incurred or suffered by Members and/or third parties as a result of or arising directly or indirectly in connection with the membership to the Programme; and (b) if PT. Aurora Langit Utara is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the liabilities of PT. Aurora Langit Utara for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action shall be limited to Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).
    2. Members shall be liable to PT. Aurora Langit Utara for any Claim which may be incurred or suffered by PT. Aurora Langit Utara as a result of or arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the Members in complying and observing these Terms and Conditions. PT. Aurora Langit Utara may deduct the equivalent value of the Claim in iCare Loyalty Points as settlement (or partial settlement) of the Claim.
    MISCELLANEOUS
    1. No delay or failure on PT. Aurora Langit Utara part in exercising any rights, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such rights, power or remedy.
    2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
    3. PT. Aurora Langit Utara reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    4. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over other versions.

    What is iCare Loyalty membership?

    The iCare Loyalty membership is a loyalty programme that awards its members with loyalty points for purchase of goods/service at participating iCare International Hospitals Partners.

    What are the benefits of being a iCare Loyalty member?

    Earn one (1) ‘Cares Point’ for every RM1 spent at participating iCare International Hospitals Partner (excluding consultants’ fees). Members’ exclusive promotions and rewards include special rates, rebates and discounts.

    Who is eligible to register for iCare Loyalty Membership?

    All Malaysia citizens and foreign residents aged 18 years old and above are eligible to register as a member.

    How do i Apply for a iCare Loyalty Membership?

    You may apply by downloading iCare Mobile apps or fill in membership form in this page.

    Are there any charge to become iCare Loyalty Member?

    No, there are no charges.

    Do i need to renew my membership?

    No

    Is there any expiry date on my Membership?

    No. However, your membership will be deactivated if there’s no transaction/activity after 7 years (based on your last transaction).

    How many iCare Loyalty membership can i have?

    You can only have one (1) iCare Loyalty membership based on your NRIC/ Passport number.

    Where can i use my iCare Loyalty Membership?

    Please click here for the list of participating iCare Internation Hospitals partner and merchants’ outlets.

    How do i get awarded with points?

    To collect points, you need to download the iCares Loyalty app. Points will be awarded and credited into your account within 3 working days. Points will not be awarded after a payment has been made without downloading and creating an account via the iCares Loyalty app.

    How are points calculated?

    Points are calculated for every RM1 spent which equals to one point (1), unless otherwise stated. Points will only be awarded for every RM1 spent upon full payment (excluding consultants’ fee).

    Do you have any expiry dates on the points collected?

    Points collected will only be valid for a maximum of three (3) years. The points will expire if there is no transaction after 3 years.
    Example: Payment was made at the hospital for a health screening on 1 August 2024, therefore the points will expire on 1 September 2027.

    Can i transfer my points into another accounts/members?

    No

    Can i exchange my points for cash?

    No

    What can i do with my points?

    You can use your points to purchase vouchers/ redeem e-vouchers via the app.

    Can i redeem vouchers to pay on behalf of another patient?

    No

    When can i get my points?

    You need to download the iCare Mobile app before making payment. Points will be debited into your membership account within 3 working days.

    If i make payments via GL/Insurance, do i still get my points?

    Yes. Points will be reflected upon full payment by insurance/ companies.

    How do i collect the points i missed prior to downloading of the App?

    Can i use my points right away?

    No, points will be awarded after 3 working days from the transaction date.
